Casey Frank, an American-New Zealander former professional basketball player was born October 23, 1977. He spent most of his 17-year-long career in the Australian NBL and NZ NBL. Frank, who played four years of college basketball at Northern Arizona University, arrived in New Zealand in 2002. He stayed there for the rest of his life. He was awarded NBL titles with the Auckland Stars in 2005 and 2005, as well as the Wellington Saints in 2010 and 2011. Frank was named Outstanding Forward, and was selected to the All-Star Five each time. From their first season, Frank was an import for the New Zealand Breakers. He was cut mid-season. He has also played with the Wollongonghawks and Gold Coast Blaze in Australia. Frank made his debut in China for the Tall Blacks in 2005. He was granted New Zealand citizenship in 2006 to be included in the silver-medal winning Commonwealth Games team. Frank went on to take part in the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIBA World Championships.

In March 2006, he signed a two-year deal with the Wollongong Hawks of the Australian NBL. He finished his first full season in the ANBL, playing 33 games and averaging 11.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.

He signed with the La Crosse Bobcats, Continental Basketball Association in January 2001. He was then placed on the injured reserve. He averaged 4.7 points per game, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per match during nine games with the Bobcats.
